专利摘要:
A toe lasting machine (10) for operating on a shoe assembly (66) formed of a last (68) having an upper (70) draped thereon and an insole (72) secured to its bottom by wiping the margin (74) of the toe portion of the upper against the insole while the heel portion of the shoe assembly is engaged by a heel clamp pad (29) that is moved in a rearward direction against the heel portion of the shoe assembly. The heel clamp pad (29) is so connected to a slide (42) that is yieldably urged upwardly as to have unitary heightwise movement with the slide (42). The slide (42) and the heel clamp pad (29) are mounted for forward-rearward - swinging adjustment about a prone axis that is transverse to the rearward direction.

The invention relates to the shoe industry, namely to machines for tightening the edge of the shoe top.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of the machine.
Figure 1 presents the proposed machine, front view; Figures 2 to 5 show a device for clamping a heel, comprising a heel pressure pad, a carrier, and a mechanism for adjusting the rotation on the carrier, isometric; 6 is a schematic depiction of a shoe assembly.
The machine for tightening the workpiece top of the shoe is inclined for ease of installation of the knots in it and for convenience of work and has a block 1, pulling plates 2 which are inclined with respect to the horizontal. The direction lying in the plane of the tightening plates 2 is considered horizontal, and at a right angle to the plane of the tightening plates 2, vertical.
The machine has an insole support 3 mounted under the block 1 for movement in height and at an angle to the horizontal plane, an adhesive applicator 4, located outside of the insole support 3 and mounted for possibility of movement in height, pulling plates 2 arranged along the contour of the insole supports and mounted for forward and inward movement in the plane, a toe support 5 in the form of a U-shaped bracket, having a pair of forward-inclined racks and a railing positioned above the skeleton oropus
3 with the ability to move fro in the direction of the block, the clips 6 (pincers) passing along the contour of the gel support, the upper clamp 7, the clamping heel stop 8 fixed to the holder with the possibility of moving it reciprocally to the block. The clamping heel stop 8 is mounted on the crossbar 9 by means of an IO stand and is located in front of the slide support 3 for moving forward
and back from her. Keeper Applicator
4 (1 trits-machine) has sponges moving between open and closed positions. The pressure heel stop 8 has an elastic cushion
11 attached to the back of the clamping heel stop 8.
Block 12 (Figures 2-5) is mounted for movement along a height.

on the rack 10. The handle 13, screwed into the block 12, ensures its fixation at the required height. The lower part of the holder 14 of the elastic cushion is rotated with respect to the block 12 on the pivot axis 13 to provide a pivotal movement back and forth and a movement towards the stiletto
0 support 3 and from it relative to the rotary axis 15. The springs 16, located between the block 12 and the holder 14, force the holder 14 to move forward relative to the rotary
5, the axle 15 is in an adjustable position determined by the contact of the holder 14 with the bolt 17, which has a handle 18 for screwing into the block 12. The slide 19 is mounted on the holder 14 to move the clamping heel stop 8 in height using rollers 20 and can be moved between the edges 21 and 22 of the holder 14. The spring 23, located between the lower part of the slide 19 and the protrusion 24 on the holder 14, forces the slide 19 to move upward in a position in which the pin axis 25 on the holder 14 entering into the groove 26 in the slide 19, in contact with the bottom of n of 26.
The clamping heel stop 8 rotates upwardly of the slide with the help of an additional pin axis 27 for pivoting forward and backward and towards the sliding support 3 and away from it. The adjusting bolt 28 is positioned between the clamping heel stop 8 and the slide 19 with the front part 29 of the adjusting bolt with a thread that is in the slide 19, and with the rear part 30 of the adjusting bolt 28, which is mounted to move in the groove 31 in the clamp heel 8. Therefore, the position of the latter with respect to the sled can be adjusted relative to the additional pin axis 27 by rotating the adjusting bolt 28 with the aid of the handle 32 fixed on the adjusting bolt 28.
In the non-working position, the insole support 3 and the adhesive applicator 4 are in the lower positions (i.e., their upper surfaces are located below the level of the upper surfaces of the tightening plates 2). In this case, the tightening plates 2 and the bracket are in the upper raised position, the clamps 6 from 5

are covered. The heel stop 8 is in its upper position.
The shoe assembly 33 (Fig. 6), formed on the pad 1, having the top blank 34, tensioned on it, and the insole 35 attached to the bottom of the pad 1, is inserted into the machine. The nasal part of the workpiece for the bottom of the shoe rests on the foot support 3 from below, and the heel part of the workpiece is facing the tightening plates 2. The shoe unit is positioned so on the foot support 3 that the lower part of the heel part of the insole 35 tilts up and down. In this position, a portion of the tightening edge 36 of the top blank is positioned between the open tongs of all clips 6. Tilting upwards and towards the heel of the lower part of the toe portion of the insole 35 facilitates placing a portion of the draw edge 36 of the upper blank between the open tongs of the rearmost clips 6, which include tightening the edge of the workpiece upper shoe.
The machine works in the following way. The machine for tightening the shoe top can work with the shoe assembly 33 formed on the shoe 1, having a vamp being pulled over it, and the shoe 35, attached to the bottom of the pad, to pull the part of the workpiece upper on the corresponding part of the insole 35. The machine contains the means. for tightening; formed from tightening plates 2. which are mounted for moving forward and inward during tightening from the retracted position in the tightening plane formed by the upper surfaces 37 (FIG. 6) of the tightening plates 2 to tighten tightening the edge of the vamp on the insole, insole support 3, located in front of the tightening plates 2 in the retracted position, mounted to be able to move in height, supporting the shoe assembly 33 with the insole 35 facing backward so that its part slopes up towards cab Manual discharge and forth relative to the plane puff after a tightening portion of the top edge of the preform is stretched around the MBT forefoot pad 1 according to the relative movement upwardly insole support in relation to the terminals 6, a tightening part of the clamping edge za0

preparing the top, an elastic cushion I1 for fixing the heel part, mounted for moving in forward and backward, we sew it in front of the insole and contact I) in accordance with its twin; backward with the heel part of the shoe assembly.
The means consisting of the parts 15, 16 and 17 are mounted on the slide 19 together with an elastic cushion 11 for fixing the heel part of the top blank for adjusting the forward-backward movement around the rotary axis 15, which is located across the forward-backward direction.
The machine contains a block 12 and a holder 1A, which can be rotated on the block by means of a rotary axis 15, the slide 19 is mounted. for moving in height the holder 14, the bolt 17, which is mountable for adjustment in the unit, and the supporting holder 14, and the spring means in the form of springs 16, which force the lever 14 to move forward around the rotary axis 15 to the bolt.
The connecting means connecting the elastic cushion 1 1 for fixing the heel part to the sled 19 comprise an additional pin axis 27, the axis of which is parallel to the pivot axis 15, mounting for the rotary movement an elastic cushion 11 to the sled, and an adjusting device formed from the holders 28 -30 and 32 for adjusting the angular position of the elastic cushion 1 1 relative to the sled around the additional axle pin 27,
